This course is designed to provide trainees with an overview of the tools and methods available to clinicians who are interested in research. It assumes a basic understanding of computers and IT and would be best suited for Foundation trainees and those at Senior House Officer Level. There will be a combination of lectures, small group work and hands on teaching that will provide trainees a complimentary learning experience.
Research is a poorly taught subject within medicine at present and whilst we will not be able to provide a comprehensive in-depth approach to every topic, we hope that each individual will come out with several new “tips and tricks of the trade”.

A very useful course covering just what was needed for the exam and with plenty of viva practice. Thank you so much. Will be recommending it to others.RK PriceLes Arc 2010

I passed the FRCS exam. I would like to say that the course in August was perfectly timed and the very well organised. It was the perfect building block to understanding the components of the exam a...PradeepFRCS Viva Course 2008
